Our Commitment
GrowthOS is built with privacy by design. We collect only the data necessary to provide our social‑growth services and never sell personal information.
Data We Collect
- Account information: email address, name (optional), and social‑media profile data you connect.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and performance metrics (anonymized where possible).
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to provide GrowthOS and to make it smarter over time. Specifically:
- To generate content, storyboards, videos, and voiceovers that you request.
- To give you attribution and analytics so you can see what’s working.
- To personalise the AI models that serve you – for example, Asset‑First Generation, voice preferences, and library recommendations all rely on your own inputs.
- To improve the global AI models that power GrowthOS for everyone (optional – you can opt out below).
Your content, your assets, and the outputs you create with GrowthOS remain your property. GrowthOS does not sell, license, or share your content with third parties for their own training or marketing purposes.
When we use third‑party services to process your data (for example, GPU providers for image generation, or text‑to‑speech providers for voiceover), they do so only on our behalf. They are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their own models, and they do not retain your data after the service is complete.
How We Protect Your Data
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES‑256).
- Role‑based access controls – no employee can access user data without authorisation.
- Audit logging of every data access, retained for 12 months.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@getgrowthos.co. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR. If you have contributed to global model improvements, you may also request that your influence be removed from those models. We will complete this within 60 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent. Manage your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
Third‑Party Services
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and social‑media APIs you explicitly authorise. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Additionally, we use the following processors under strict data‑handling agreements:
- RunPod – GPU cloud provider that processes image and video generation requests on our behalf. RunPod does not train on customer data.
- Fish Audio – text‑to‑speech provider that generates voiceovers on our behalf. Fish Audio does not train on customer data.
